  • Anywhere! We bring our experiences directly to your location throughout Germany.

    A fixed travel fee of €300 applies to every booking, regardless of where your event takes place. No additional travel fees or location surcharges are added.

  • Our experiences are designed for groups of 6 to 800 participants. For larger events, participants are divided into smaller teams of up to 10 people — and everyone plays at the same time, making it perfect for some friendly competition. Please note that all bookings are charged for a minimum of 20 participants.

  • We can adapt our experiences to almost any location — from smaller meeting rooms to large event spaces. Our Classic packages require only suitable rooms, enough space for your participants and tables for each team. For our All Inclusive packages, we recommend an additional 10–15 m² for the full scene setup.

    Not sure what works for your venue? We’ll help you find the best solution.

  • Everything you need. We bring a complete game set for every team, all necessary equipment and a professional Gamemaster who facilitates your event from start to finish. With our Premium packages, the game takes centre stage, while All Inclusive adds a full scene setup for an even more immersive atmosphere.

    You provide the team — we take care of the rest.

  • The complete experience lasts 90 minutes from start to finish, including introduction, gameplay and facilitation. We take care of setup and pack-down before and after the event, so your team only needs to be there for the 90-minute experience.

  • That depends on the atmosphere you’re looking for. All three experiences are designed to be engaging and accessible, so you don’t need to be an escape-room expert. Choose between the high-stakes action of Beat The Bomb, the intrigue of Murder Mystery, or the secret-agent adventure of Operation Mindfall.

PRICING

Please note that all prices shown are exclusive of VAT.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our contact form.

Payment is conveniently made by invoice. We will send the invoice to the email address provided after the event has taken place.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to info@mobileescaperooms.de. The following cancellation deadlines apply:

  • Classic: no later than 45 days before the event

  • All Inclusive: no later than 60 days before the event‍ ‍

For cancellations made after these deadlines, 100% of the event price will be charged.

If you cancel at least 7 days before the event, we offer the option, as a gesture of goodwill, to reschedule your event to a later date. This is subject to the event being paid for in full.

For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, the full event price will be charged and, unfortunately, rescheduling will no longer be possible.
